Community Policies

Nudity/Sexual Content: Keep it clean! No nudity, sexually explicit
content, solicitation of sex, or sleazy behaviour allowed. We take these matters
seriously.

Hate Speech: We do not tolerate any content that promotes racism,
bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like race,
ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or
gender identity.

Harassment: Respect each other's boundaries and refrain from engaging
in targeted abuse, harassment, or sending unsolicited sexual content. Stalking, threats,
bullying, and intimidation are strictly prohibited.

Violence and Physical Harm: Violent, graphic, or gory content, as well
as any advocacy or promotion of violence, terrorism, or self-harm, is not allowed.

Private Information: At Laterz Social, your privacy and safety are of
utmost
importance to us. To protect yourself and others, please adhere to the following
guidelines:

Protect Your Privacy: Safeguard your personal information and refrain from
sharing financial details or unlisted contact information, including phone
numbers, email addresses, or home/work addresses.

Engage on the App: For your privacy and security, we strongly advise against
sharing personal social media accounts or communicating on external platforms.
Please keep your interactions within the app to ensure a safe and controlled
environment.

Promotion or Solicitation: While inviting your Laterz Social connections to
your activities is permitted, using the platform primarily for advertising events,
businesses, non-profits, political campaigns, or conducting research is not allowed.

Spam: Avoid spamming other users or driving them to external websites
without a Laterz Social Business subscription and/or prior approval.

Impersonation: Do not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation,
connection, or association with any person or entity.

Prostitution and Trafficking: Any promotion or advocacy of commercial
sexual services, human trafficking, or non-consensual sexual acts is strictly
prohibited.

Scamming: We have a zero-tolerance policy for predatory behaviour. Any
attempts to obtain private information for fraudulent or illegal activities will result
in a ban.

Minors: Laterz Social is exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or
older. Profiles promoting harm to minors or containing sexually suggestive content
involving minors should be reported immediately.

Copyright and Trademark Infringement: Respect intellectual property
rights. Do not display copyrighted or trademarked work without proper authorization.

Illegal Usage: Engaging in any form of illegal activity while using
Laterz Social is strictly prohibited. While we encourage a fun and engaging atmosphere, we
want
to remind you that we take any illegal behaviour seriously. If we become aware of any
unlawful activities, we will not hesitate to report such matters to the appropriate
authorities.

One Person, One Account: Please maintain only one personal account.
Discovered duplicates may be deleted without notice.

Account Dormancy: Inactive accounts that have not been logged into for
2 years may be deleted.

Third-Party Apps: The use of unauthorized apps claiming to offer our
services or unlock special features is prohibited.

Be Honest and Open: Respect diverse opinions and views. Behave on
Laterz Social as you would in the real world. You have the option to block or remove users
you
are not interested in.

Seek Meaningful Friendships: Laterz Social aims to facilitate the formation
of
meaningful friendships based on trust, authenticity, and respect.

Photo Guidelines: Follow our photo guidelines, such as avoiding posting
pictures of kids alone, refraining from using watermarks or overlaid text, and excluding
pornographic or graphic content. Additionally, photos of or with guns are not permitted.

Remember: Our automated systems and moderators actively monitor
accounts and messages for compliance with these guidelines and our Terms and Conditions.
Report All Inappropriate Behaviour!
If you witness or experience any violations, please report them promptly. We reserve the
right to investigate and/or terminate accounts for misuse, inappropriate behaviour, or
violation of our Terms of Use, even if such actions occur off the platform but involve users
you meet through Laterz Social.
